SEO in Astro v1.0.0 is here

After three beta releases, SEO in Astro v1.0.0 is finally here!

It’s been a little over a month since this journey began, and I’m truly happy with the result.

I want to thank all the customers who took the time to test the beta versions and share their feedback.

Here are the most important changes.

defaultOgImg is optional

The defaultOgImg parameter in the seoInAstro integration is now optional.

If this parameter is not specified, and the ogImg prop is not defined in the layouts, the Open Graph image meta tags will not be generated.

Fully tested

All core functionalities of SEO in Astro are now fully tested.

Terminal screenshot displaying Vitest results with 100% of SEO in Astro tests passing.

By the way, this was my first time using Vitest, and I can’t recommend it enough.

Pricing changes

On Saturday, March 7, I’ll be updating the prices: SEO in Astro will go from $3 to $5, and SEO Bundle from $7 to $8.

It will remain a one-time payment with lifetime access.

Try it out and let me know what you think!
